Background

It is hard to say when my journey began. But a defining moment was in my mid-twenties when, from deep within myself, I felt something was missing. Something was not quite right or whole. It started me on a journey to find truths — perhaps keys — that could give me answers, ways and methods that I hoped would help me shift into greater wholeness. The search led me to different teachers and mentors from various traditions, spanning Eastern and Western methods. Of these, the ways of healing grounded in our sacred connection to our Earth Mother shaped me most profoundly.

Though in many ways I was very successful, in others I was not. I meandered quite a bit on the way. I still felt there were aspects eluding me, and I knew my meandering had to do with exactly those aspects. It had to do with the courage to make a final, definitive choice: to once and for all take responsibility and open the remaining doors of denial.

So it was a choice that brought me to the next leg of my journey. While the first leg was characterized by ancient wisdom, knowledge, and expertise in energetic healing and internal alchemy, this new leg was guided by simplicity, returning inward, aligning with the natural order of things, and returning more deeply to what had started it for me in the first place — the heart.

The self-healing methods I encountered in Harald Kautz’s work provided many of the missing keys on this new leg. A keystone — straight from and through the heart. It has extended and solidified my previous training. By accessing previously hidden soul-parts, my journey took on a new depth and momentum, propelling me toward the wholeness my soul has been yearning for.

Values and ways of working

My work is rooted in and guided by a philosophy of self-empowerment and self-healing, authenticity, and compassion. Healing ourselves means bioenergetically reestablishing a true connection to the sacred Earth Mother and Creator, and calling back into presence our true essence. I align my previous experience with Harald Kautz’s methods of self-healing to lovingly facilitate and guide you in your own healing process. It is my sincere wish that, in doing so, we together will discover our true essence and beauty once more.
